On November 8, Kathye McCarthy donated an oil painting of a snowshoe hare to the museum. It’s not just any painting, but one that Roy Egg created of a mount we loan to educators and artists! We are excited to showcase this exquisite piece sitting next to the varying hare.<\/p>\n

For those who don’t know Roy Egg (Leroy Horne), you can read an article the Rutland Herald wrote about him (2006\/2018) – But is it art?<\/a>\u00a0 Please note that his shop is no longer open.<\/p>\n
